face painters and other child entertainment

After a very difficult year, we are trying to put on our annual foster family picnic, but have limited funds. Looking for face painters, henna tattoo artists, balloon artists, etc, to help entertain the children at our event on September 26 as volunteers. We hold our event at a private park in Garden Grove.
