The Pandemic is ending and work is picking up again!!! Subcontracting Crews needed for interior Apartment renovations and Apartment turnkey work in Atlanta and Marietta. Punch Crews or 2-man Handyman teams - Replace all of the finishes inside the apartment (outlet/switch covers, light fixtures, ceiling fans, blinds, cabinet fronts and hardware, install new faucets, garbage disposal, appliances, etc. - complete list will be emailed prior to work beginning). Tile Setter - must be able to do glass backsplash for new kitchen renovations Flooring Installer - Looking for both LVP and Carpet installers Cleaning Crew - Turnkey work, readying apartments for new rentals Painter - Looking to hire a painter to turn apartments and ready them for rental. Will pay up to $20/hr for the painter that can paint AND re-glaze tubs - all indoors. Applicant must be fast and neat (roller heads, paint supplied). Will consider self-employed crews. Plumber needed to change copper pipe due to pinhole leaks on 2 different apartment complexes. Drywall guy need for repairs after plumbing leaks are fixed. ALL POSITIONS MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION AND TOOLS!!! ***Be prepared with at least 3 professional references and pictures of recent work. Will be meeting crews all week*** DRUG FREE ENVIRONMENT - Must have neat appearance and professional attitude.
