We are a premium cannabis edible company that has built a reputation for high quality ingredients and a top shelf experience. Our kitchen is looking for a positive, hands-on leader to join the team. If you enjoy working with your hands, completing tasks and are excited to learn, we will train you on our recipes and systems (no candy experience necessary). This position will assist the Production Manager to ensure quality and organization for each batch (from cook to packaging and inventory). Required for this role: - excellent attention to detail & organization - ability to learn formulations and apply mathematical skills - motivating others with a positive outlook - standing for most of your day and lifting up to 30 lbs. on occasion - must be at least 21 years old Beneficial experience, but not essential: -working in a kitchen -inventory oversight -project management -social media support Details of position: Monday-Friday Hours per week: 35-40 Starting pay: $17/hour -401K match (up to 2.5%) Please email your resume along with a list of 3 important qualities that make a great leader.
