Need help with chicken crop surgery

Hello! My husband and I are about a year in to chicken keeping; we think one of our hens has an impacted crop and we don’t have the stomach to do the surgery ourselves. We’ve tried calling vets but everyone is booked out for at least a week. We love our chicken and are desperate to help her, if anyone has either done the surgery before or knows someone who could help us do it please reach out to us ASAP. We can offer compensation.
