Landscapers needed for commercial properties in Dallas and Waco. Waco property pays $2,400 per month. Dallas property pays $1,700 per month. Several special projects needed also for these properties. In addition, there are also 4 small residential Dallas properties, within 5 minutes of each other that would be included in that price. They are all low maintenance and can be finished in short period of time. We are looking for a company who is reasonably priced and has a large crew. We know that most companies see apartment communities and think they can charge anything they want. We are looking for a company who offers a fair price and fair deals on products and services we may need without inflating the costs dramatically.
