Copper-Ston Restoration & Development, LLC is hiring skilled, reliable rehab crews and handymen who work hard and get the job done right! Not only did we make it through the height of the pandemic but we are more than full steam ahead! We need a full service rehab crew to include but not limited to structural, framing, electrical, plumbing, cabinets, drywall and finish work skills. We work with some of the biggest names in the real estate industry. Taking on full rehabs and turns of owned properties. If you have a reliable crew and think you have the skills we are looking for, we would love to hear from you. This work is 1099-subcontractor based and you must have an AZ driver’s license. Owning your own tools and a reliable truck is a must! We are also in need of service call technicians. Our service department works with these same real estate companies with their occupied units. We need well skilled handymen and tradesmen. You need to be able to trouble shoot and repair common electrical, plumbing and other miscellaneous issues. You will also need exceptional skills in drywall, mud, tape, texture and painting to match. Drywall skills are a must. As a service tech for Copper-Ston, you must present yourself in a professional manner at all times when in the presence of tenants or clients. This is a 1099 position and pay is based on experience.
