Re-homing senior chihuahua

I am looking to re-home a 12 year old female chihuahua. She is a sweet dog. I acquired the animal from a neighbor of a family member after that person could no longer care for the dog. I cannot own a dog in home that I rent and I do travel for work. I want her to go to a good home. She is spayed. I will have all shots updated and have her groomed. She is house trained and has a crate. Pictures by request. Small re-homing fee of $30.
