Looking To Share Monthly Rehearsal Space

Looking to split a monthly rehearsal space in the San Diego area. Had the same arrangement at Adder Studios for 3yrs before COVID. Have good credit and references. Would have a modest drum kit, guitar and bass amp and medium sized PA which could all be positioned/moved to accommodate the other band/bands. Would us the space twice a week at the most. Thanks B
