Made from organic, recycled paper, our line of high performance potting mixes & soil conditioners offer gardeners a sustainable option that requires less water and grows bigger, stronger, more resilient plants. We need your help to grow! We are seeking candidates to join “Team PittMoss" as a Brand Ambassador to drive sales at independently owned garden centers and hardware stores that currently carry our products (mainly weekends, 3-4 hours per event). If you are an outgoing individual capable of driving sales and engaging the public then we want to hear from you! If you are already planting in PittMoss and love our product here is your chance to get involved! The brand ambassador is responsible for driving product sales, engaging consumers, and promoting brand awareness through live featured product demonstrations. We offer competitive pay with bonus opportunities, fun environment and room to grow within the company! Organization and hosting of in-store retail demos involving setting-up, product demonstration & education with an emphasis on cleanliness, organization and the ability to follow instructions. Coordination with demo coordinators on schedules, products and demo guidelines, when applicable. Capture demo results & questions by reporting all pertinent info and follow up items in a timely and accurate manner. Capture and forward demo images to marketing manager. (Ever take a selfie? Then you already know how to do this!) Maintain positive relationships with the in-store garden team -turn on the charm and greet them with a smile. Other possible responsibilities: seed and develop relationships with new accounts, market influencers, ultimately leading to increased brand visibility.
