Auto body shop in North Hollywood is looking for a full-time manager/estimator. Requirements: - Good understanding of the vehicle repair process - Proficiency in Mitchell software - Ability to multitask - Strong communication skills - Preferred second language: Armenian, Russian Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service while providing estimates and following up with customers - Write accurate estimates and effectively negotiate the repair cost with insurance companies - Supervise technicians and monitor repair process to ensure repairs are completed on time - Order and receive parts, checking them for quality and accuracy Compensation is based on experience.
