Greetings, we have a budget build we are doing here at our home in Norwood MN. We have an attic that needs drywall and flooring. We also need to frame a closet and bathroom. We are looking for someone reliable and trustworthy to get this project done for us ASAP. Extra for someone who can do tile, mudding and painting to finish it. We aren't looking for a cheap job but we are on a budget, perfect gig for someone to do some side work that works at a larger company. Square footage is unknown, we'd like to get your estimate. We have the lumber for framing the closet and bathroom already. There will be a roughed in bathroom and roughed in outlets.
