Seeking FT nanny for twin infants, starting in Jan '22

I'm a single mom by choice due with twins in the fall, seeking a full time nanny for when I return to work around January 2022, at which point the twins will be ~4 months old. Position would be 40 hours a week at my home in Arlington. I will be working from home a couple days a week, and my mom will also be around for the first couple of months as an extra pair of hands during the transition to full time nanny care Looking for a caregiver with infant experience & references, infant CPR certified or willing to take the class (I would pay for this) $18-20/hour depending on experience.
