Family with beautiful home and property is seeking a versatile Property Maintenance Technician to handle hands-on interior, exterior and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities will include maintaining and monitoring all equipment and systems within the property, such as electrical, HVAC, security systems, lighting, generators, etc.. Requires technical expertise working on a property with high standards and great communication skills. Will supervise outside contractors.
