**MAINTENANCE MECHANIC** Small family run business that has been servicing the Lincoln and surrounding communities for over 30 years. We area company that performs Repair and Preventive Maintenance on all machines. We are in search of a maintenance mechanic. This is a full time position and wages will be negotiable based on experience. We are interviewing this week- please call 402-488-1800 Ask for Tina RESPONSIBILITIES**: Repair or replace defective parts Align and test equipment, and make any necessary adjustments Ability to adapt on the fly Troubleshoot and track conveyor belts to facility specifications. Fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors, and connect couplings and belts to precise tolerances Aid in the operation of rigging equipment and dollies to place heavy machinery and parts Practice safe working habits and follow safety procedures Accountable for the quality and quantity of the finished product Creating and maintaining a working team environment Responsible for safety, quality, and production with limited supervision QUALIFICATIONS** Good Communication Skills Ability and willingness to learn Use required measuring devices such as tape measure, square, etc. to accurately check and document part quality BENEFITS**: Salary**: $20 hour Experience**: Maintenance Mechanic: 1 year (Preferred) electrical: 1 year (Preferred) Education**: High school (Required) *License * drivers (Required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
