Looking for an experienced painter to complete the following in the upcoming weeks: -Paint newly finished basement (~750 sq. ft., 7.5 ft. ceiling) walls, ceiling, baseboards, trim, and doors -Paint living room and dining room (~275 sq. ft., 9 ft. ceiling) walls, ceiling, and trim -Paint master bedroom (~250 sq. ft., 8-12 ft. vaulted ceiling) walls -Paint kitchen (~250 sq. ft.) and laundry room (~35 sq. ft.) ceilings -Paint baseboards on first floor (~200 linear ft.) If interested, please provide rough cost estimate of each line item (I understand you will need to see the rooms to give an exact estimate), explanation of relevant experience, references for recent work performed, and upcoming availability. Please advise whether your cost estimate includes paint.
