As an HVAC Technician on the Property Management team at LINK Real Estate Group, you will be responsible for leading Heating & Cooling service operations including installations across our portfolio of multifamily apartment assets. What You'll Do -Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment -Identify maintenance risks on equipment -Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems -Clean, adjust and repair systems, and performing warranty services Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently -Provide technical direction and on-the-job training -Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions -Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety -Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements -Assist with customers' queries About You -Valid, unrestricted driver’s license -EPA Universal certification is required -Strong attention to detail. -Excellent time management skills. -Strong customer services skills -Flexible, willing and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities -Available, as necessary, in the event of an emergency maintenance call during an on-call period -Individual will be expected to have reliable transportation to and from work each day and when on call for emergencies -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Self-starter and highly organized -Ability to follow written and verbal direction and work well within a team environment -Basic computer skills
