Apartment fire rated door partly installed needs completion

Here's the deal... We custom ordered a fire rated door as per the specs of a guy who agreed to install it. The manufacturer is MMI through Home Depot. We waited a month for it. It is an interior hallway/stairwell, entry door to an apartment unit on a masonry wall. The guy that agreed to install has been flaky. He did come eventually to install and announced during the process that the special hardware for a masonry install was not in the package and did a temporary install without the hardware to fill the hole. Last I heard, the masonry bolts are a special order item and 2 weeks to get. MMI has a regional office right in Cincinnati. He has not followed through with getting the parts whichever way possible. He has basically fallen off the face of the earth. I need someone to jump in, identify what anchor hardware we still need, find it either with MMI locally or wherever and then finish this install. We also have at least 3 other doors we are ordering and doing once this is successful. I am also looking to build and keep ongoing relationship for people to do work of all kinds on my apartments. Flakes need not apply.
