Job Description American Management / Titan development is a full-service property management company. We manage several properties scattered throughout Baltimore city and are currently looking for skilled Cleaners to join our team. If you are an experienced, hardworking and reliable person with experience in cleaning residential properties we would love to hear from you. The ideal candidate must have their own vehicle and be able to drive to different locations as assigned throughout the day. The ideal candidate must also be able to fully clean units that may have been left in serious disrepair by previous tenants. General Duties: Being punctual and ready to pick up keys from the leasing office to clean assigned units Wiping outside and in of stoves, ovens, fridge’s, microwaves, dishwashers and various other kitchen appliances Thoroughly cleaning bathrooms, inside and outside of the shower, tub, toilet and bathroom cabinets Cleaning mirrors, windows and doors Cleaning hallways, sweeping, mopping vacuuming stairwells, porches, exterior stairwells and vestibules, dusting hand rails and spindles Scrubbing hard to clean spots off carpets, hardwood, vinyl and tile flooring, seeping, mopping and vacuuming Dusting all blinds, baseboards, ceiling fans and other required areas Throwing away scattered trash Basic Qualifications: Previous experience in residential property cleaning preferred Ability to be punctual and follow instructions Valid license and your own vehicle. Ability to thoroughly perform duties mentioned above as well as any others that may be assigned daily.
