Maintenance Technician Helper / Assistant American Management / Titan development is a full-service property management company. We manage several properties scattered throughout Baltimore city and are currently looking for skilled Maintenance Technician Helpers / Assistants to join our team. If you have basic maintenance knowledge, we would love to hear from you. Maintenance Technician Helpers / Assistants will be working hand in hand with experienced technicians and providing support as needed. General Duties: Generally Assisting Lead Tech Changing Locks Painting Changing Light Bulbs Other Duties as Assigned Basic Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance and repairs Teamwork Ability to endure heavy lifting, climbing, kneeling and other physically strenuous tasks Strong communication skills Dependable & Punctual Driver’s License / Own Vehicle Job Type: Full-time Experience: Apartment / Commercial Property Maintenance: 1+ Years (Preferred) Education: Highschool or equivalent (Preferred) License: Driver’s License (Preferred) Pay: Dependent on Experience If you are qualified and interested in this position please click apply and attach a copy of your resume.
