itan development, located in Baltimore, is looking for qualified workers to join our team. We are looking for a maintenance technician that will respond to work orders, prepare units for move-ins, complete turnover punchouts, and perform preventative maintenance. Ideal candidates will work well both with a team and individually. Excellent customer service skills required; some prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred. Job Duties: Light electrical work: change light bulbs, light fixtures, minor repairs Light plumbing work: fix/replace garbage disposals, sinks, toilets, unclogging Light carpentry: shelf installation, replacing doors Drywall repair, patching, and painting Window repair Change locks Prepare units for move-ins Cleaning Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrated plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills Valid driver’s license and vehicle preferred Can work on ladders and lift heavy objects Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent - preferred 1+ years’ experience in site maintenance - preferred
