***$1,000 college scholarship or $500 cash bonus paid at the end of the August*** Riverbend Commerce Park and the Jacklin Site are seeking a full-time Maintenance and Operations Associate. Duties will include maintaining grounds, landscaping, weed whacking, mowing, hand line irrigation pipe change outs and other various tasks. This position is available immediately. The Job is a summer job with flexible hours possible. This position needs to be filled through the summer with the possibility of becoming a long term position if desired by Associate. Employer is open to accommodating students with a set class schedule or similar limited availability employees. Subject to employee's availability, the work schedule is 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Thursday and 7:00am to noon Friday. REQUIREMENTS: Must be physically able to perform tasks and lift 50+ pounds regularly. Requires a valid driver`s license with a good driving record. Employer has a drug screening policy and a non-smoking environment.
