Looking for experienced, reliable and hardworking painter. We have one position open for a full time, year round painter. Responsible for performing all assigned painting duties in a professional manner. Responsibilities 1. Assist in performing inside and outside painting duties in a productive manner to include: - preparing surfaces before painting - applying specified coatings of paint 2. Perform all activities in accordance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. 3. Utilize standard paint equipment such as conventional and airless spray equipment, brushes, rollers and other related equipment. 4. Assist in the proper erection of scaffold and ladders. 5. Dispose of residual materials appropriately. 6. Perform other related duties as assigned. Full Time, Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30 with 1/2 hour lunch. Job consists mostly of painting vacant apartments, Townhomes located in Brighton/Henrietta, Webster and Gates Need own reliable transporation.
