W2 Engineering, Inc. has two (2) full time openings for ACI Grade 1 Field Technicians for the observing and testing of concrete during concrete placements. Successful candidates will already have their ACI Grade 1 Certification. This is construction work and will have both day and night shifts depending on the construction schedule for concrete placements and will primarily consist of work outdoors. Basic Requirements Must have a valid Driver’s License and a Clean Driving Record Capable of Passing a DOD 10-Year Background Check This job requires access to federal facilities that may be secure. Physical Requirements Candidate must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. Capable of using a wheelbarrow. shovel, air meter, unit weight bucket etc. Compensation Salary is hourly and based on experience and already having an ACI Grade 1 Certification as follows: Experience Years Hourly Compensation 0-1 $16.00 1-2 $17.00 2+ $18.00 In addition to the above hourly compensation, W2 is offering a cash bonus at 90 day of employment of $1000.00. Also, additional compensation is available for other certification, such as ODOT Highway Testing Certification, ICC Inspector, etc. W2 offers 6 paid holidays, and two (2) week vacation at the completion of on the second year of employment. Applicants that do not have a current ACI Grade 1 Certification will not be considered for these positions.
