Cleaners Needed for End of May/Early June Apartment Turnovers

I am looking to hire several 2-4 person crews to work from May 25th through June 3rd After June 5th the turnover/move out cleaning jobs is on an on call basis. It's not required you stay past June 3rd. If the job is a good fit, I have long term employment options for 5hrs a week for house cleaning. I am open to hiring people who are either a couple or friends who want to work together, as well as single individuals willing to join with another group. $17.00/hr on the books Job Description: I deal with a bunch of different contractors and property managers in the Amherst and Northampton areas. There are a large number of college kids that move out of there apartments this time of year and also people that need to move into those apartments. June and August are the busiest months, especially May 27th-June 2nd, and the end of August. This job is great if you like to work without someone standing over you all the time. I text my employees and let them know what needs to be done and they take care of it promptly. You can either work in a team of two or by yourself. I supply everything needed except for a vehicle. There will be no one living in the apts. so you can bring a stereo and play music. What you will need is to be able to scrub down bathrooms and kitchens, windows, and whatever else needs to be taken care of. You must be reliable, hard working and pay attention to details. You MUST have a reliable vehicle. You also need to be available for me to call you without much notice for jobs that need to be done. This job is very physically intensive. You must pay attention to detail and be self sufficient. I will check jobs after they are finished, but I prefer to hire people who can be reliable with minimal supervision.
