Rehoming skittish cat

I am rehoming my one year old cat his name is tommy he is a beautiful medium hair tuxedo, neutered as well. He also get's along great with other cat's and (calm) dog's. I am rehoming him because he is very skittish of people and not at all social. I've had him since he was 3 months old and he has been this way since the day I got him. He has trust issues with people I don't know why, but he definitely has another side to him that is playful and loving. He is big on purring and loves pets but whenever someone randomly walks into the same room as him he runs for no reason. He needs a quiet one person home, preferably with another cat, he has never been around kids and does not like men. I'm hoping there is someone who can hopefully form a bond with him and gain his trust. Small rehoming fee, I want him to have the best home possible, he will be a challenge so please only inquire if your are 100% willing to give him the time and day.
