Monster Vac is looking to hire and train new technicians to learn a new trade no experience necessary. This is an opportunity to learn a trade and earn great money while you are being trained. We will train you in the Heating and Air Conditioning Industry, no prior experience necessary! If you are mechanically inclined with good customer service skills and reliable you will advance quickly. Most of our Technicians average over $21.00 per hour within 6 months. We keep our employees busy when other companies can't. We also offer PTO, health insurance, and an IRA! We require a valid Colorado Driver's License, a clean driving record, and NO DUI's with reliable transportation. You must being willing to do physical work--- HVAC Maintenance is mechanical and physical. You must speak English and be able to communicate with our customers. You must have a positive and friendly attitude. If you have previous experience doing any mechanical or maintenance work it is a plus but not a requirement as long as you have the right attitude and the desire to learn a new trade.
