May 2021 We are a Residential Property Management Company looking for Sprinkler or Landscape or yard person to work on Rental Properties. **Part time, contract work to start. **
Must have experience in sprinkler work (controllers, valves, head replacements, leaks).... we dont do large install projects.
Landscape clean up, bush trimming, weed removal
Pay is $25 per Hour depending on experience and qualifications and ability to complete work in timely organized fashion. Opportunity for more work over time.
must have mower, blower, weed eater, and tools for sprinkler repairs and truck to haul off items.
