Large apartment community seeking a full-time maintenance technician. Skills must include: • Perform maintenance and repair tasks as assigned • Assist in preparing vacant units to market-ready condition • Basic understanding of electrical (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.) • Manual repairs such as fixing locks, replacing windows and doors • Basic plumbing such as replacing faucets and pipes • Painting and drywall • Tile installation • Cabinetry installation • Working knowledge of tools • Knowledge of general maintenance • Benefits offered after 90-days (vacation, sick, employee medical & dental insurance) Requirements: • Must speak English • Must be able to lift 75lbs • Valid Driver’s License Apply in person Monday – Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm: Sandridge Apartments 5 – 158th Place Calumet City, Illinois 60409
