Apartment Maintenance Technician We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Apartment Maintenance Technician Ideal candidate must posses the following: 1.Understanding of all maintenance related skills such as plumbing, drywall repair, HVAC, appliance repair, painting and apartment turn overs to make units ready for move in. 2. Must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English 3. Must be able to work on the weekends 4. Must be customer service oriented 5. Must be a good team player, with a positive attitude 6. Must be able to pass required background and drug screening prior to employment 7.
