Needed this weekend or early next week: one skilled, strong person to remove carpet in one bedroom and run the large sanding machine to refinish wood floors in the bedroom, living room and hallway. This person will also remove the the tack strips and any racks from the wood floors where the carpet was. This person will also remove the shoe molding in the entire apartment, including the kitchen. I believe this could all be done in one day. I will rent the sander and also perform the detail sanding and staining.
