At Sunnking, we are focused on reducing the amount of e-waste that ends up in landfills and promote the responsible reuse, repair, and recycling of unwanted electronic equipment. We have been at the forefront of the electronics recycling industry since its early stages of development more than 20 years ago and continue as pioneers of the recycling frontier. This position will start through a temp agency and rate of pay is $13.50 an hour. If your attendance, attitude, and performance are strong you will be hired on full time with an increase in the hourly wage. Overview: To disassemble e-scrap and other components per company specifications and policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Able to operate a pallet jack Comfortable around heavy equipment and belts Familiar with hand tools Preferred Skills: Experience in disassembly and conveyor line procedures. Must be able to communicate in English. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Good eye/hand coordination Work Environment: Warehouse/Production environment. Work in a variety of weather, dust and noise conditions. Duties & Responsibilities: Dismantle various e-scrap components such as CRT televisions, flat screen televisions, computers, etc., Place disassembled parts on conveyor to be placed in appropriate bins. Other Responsibilities: Maintains a clean and organized work/storage area. Additional duties not listed above that management deems necessary for this position.
