GROUNDS CREW We're looking for a part-time grounds crew person with a passion for grounds care! You will be part of a team that is passionate and excited about what they do each day. You might be the right fit for Meier’s Creek Brewing Company! We are situated on 26 acres of pristine CNY farmland and we're looking for a land steward to manage and care for the grounds. Grounds Crew Responsibilities: Maintain grounds by mowing and trimming grass, maintaining flower beds, installing mulch and pruning shrubs, blowing leaves, pruning trees, and watering as needed Maintain vegetable garden by planting, weeding, watering, and harvesting Assist with maintaining hop field Perform other tasks requested by management Grounds Crew Qualifications: Reliable Transportation Horticulture knowledge & experience Strong work ethic, efficiency, and impeccable attention to detail Professional, energetic worker with a team-oriented attitude Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others Work in variable weather conditions Ability to lift 50 lbs Job Types: Part-time, Temporary COVID-19 considerations: *All staff are required to wear face masks inside the building.
