We Dig What We Do! We are a detail-oriented landscape services company that believes in teamwork, service and high-quality results. We are looking for someone who thrives doing hands-on work and being outdoors. This person should at least have 1-2 years of gardening experience. Those with experience in nurseries, greenhouses, interior plant care are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should be an eager learner, have good communication skills, and be able to follow direction from the Gardening Crew Leader and Horticultural Service Manager. Typical daily tasks include: Planting annuals and perennials Pruning trees and shrubs Applying fertilizers Weeding beds Fall leaf and debris removal Deadheading a variety of plants Minimum Requirements: ● Positive attitude and strong work ethic ● Must have a valid driver license and clean MVR ● Must have reliable transportation to and from work ● Have full range of mobility in the upper and lower body ● Be able to lift 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day ● Be able to work with hand and power tools ● Be able to comply with all safety requirements Seasonal, Full time, with opportunities for overtime M-F 7:30am-5pm Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour Pay based on relevant experience and knowledge If you feel you are a good candidate for a robust position in an integrity-driven workforce, apply here or go to www.diggabledesigns.com and click on JOIN OUR TEAM near the bottom of the main page to complete an application.
