Must Haves: > Clean Driving Record > Committed to safety > Motivated & Punctual > Friendly and committed to great customer service > Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently > Excellent oral written communication > Must be able to work Saturdays (when needed) > Must be able to lift 50+ lbs Responsibilities Duties: > Fertilization, Weed Control, Fungicide, Insecticide, etc. application > Provide ID and recommendations for property conditions > Maintain working condition & cleanliness of truck and equipment (spreader, tanks, pumps, etc.) > Continued development of job knowledge (pesticides, safety, equipment, ect.) > Problem Solving What We Offer: > Generous Hourly Pay > Growth potential and advancement opportunities > $1000 Season Completion Bonus (new hires) > $1500 Annual Welcome Back Bonus > $500 Annual Accident & Incident Free Bonus > $500-$800/mo.
