Looking for a WATER RESTORATION TECHNICIAN. Experience is not required. Any kind of experience in demolition/construction is a plus, but not necessary. We will provide training to become a certified water technician for the right candidate! We are a growing mitigation firm located in Denver. The starting pay is based on prior job experience and/or training and certifications. This is an essential and recession resistant industry. Requirements: Valid Driver's License and a good driving record On call rotation - available for emergency work after hours and on weekends. We are a company with a 24/7 operation. Bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching Lifting of at least 50 pounds Customer Service oriented Detail Oriented Can follow instructions Positive attitude Description of duties to be performed: Perform tasks involving physical labor, and demolition in commercial/residential homes. Water, sewage, mold, fire and smoke mitigation. Flexible to assist the team when needed on any and all service lines Setting up equipment for drying structures, water extraction, pack outs, controlled/clean demo in residential and or commercial buildings. Clean and prepare job sites Dedication to providing excellent customer service Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck Maintain all company equipment Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on call schedule Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary Assist other team members as needed. Follow the direction of the crew chief. Team player, honest and customer service oriented are a must. We are a fast growing company that is a leader in the industry. We work with all insurance companies as well as complete non insurance claim work We are looking for hard working team members. Industry experience with certifications is a plus, but willing to train you for a new career. Minimum of 30 hours a week but it will usually be at least 40 with the opportunity for overtime.
