Square One Commercial Cleaning seeks to hire two part time custodians for a local retailer in Durango, CO. The business has seven day per week cleaning needs, and so one position will be five evenings per week (for a total of 17.5 hours weekly) and the other will be two evenings per week (for a total of 7 hours weekly). Pay will begin at $16 per hour, although experienced cleaners could start at a higher rate DOE. After successful completion of 90 days, employees are eligible for a dollar raise, and will begin accruing PTO at that time. The ideal candidate will have experience working independently and have prior cleaning experience, although not necessary. All employees will receive a two week training period on required tasks and equipment before starting to work independently. All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check; no felonies and no security related charges within the previous five years.
