Job Description SEVERAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE/ DAY AND NIGHT TIME (Full or part time) We are hiring immediately! Day time position is Monday thru Friday 10am-3pm Night time positions are Monday thru Friday. Starting at 5:00pm, 5:30pm or later. We can be flexible. Our employees work part-time as cleaning professionals servicing offices and other commercial buildings. Many of our team members are working on paying off their debt, saving for a home or other large purchase, or helping their children that are attending college with living expenses. Quick & Clean therefore offers a tremendous full or part-time, secondary income opportunity for people interested in a stable job. Job Duties • Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors. • Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces • Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls. • Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap. • Clean entrance glass and other interior glass. • Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders. • Work effectively with other team members. • Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies. • Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners. • Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners. • Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor. Qualifications • Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility. • Must have ability to work independently and as a team member. • Must care about quality. • Must be detailed oriented and work at a efficient pace. • Must be reliable. • Able to lift 35 lbs. • Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching. • Available to work as late as midnight. • Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Must have smart phone with data plan Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $9.50 per hour COVID-19 considerations: All employees are required to wear a mask and gloves while inside any of our clients offices
