We are searching for an experienced Custodian at our Irving, TX facility. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide custodial services to ensure facility is maintained at or above accepted industry standards for a safe and clean work environment. - Full building entrance care (including debris removal, outside trash receptacles maintenance and collection, cigarette/gum cleaning etc.) - General building trash collection and on-site trash repository, cleaning breakroom tables, all microwave ovens and public refrigerators, furniture care, general dusting, glass door and window care, general wall and surface cleaning; and special event custodial support. - Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are in good working condition, locked up correctly after use, and stock levels are maintained by taking routine stock checks. - Floor care (vacuuming, sweeping, spot and spill removal, etc.) - Full restroom care (supply stocking, fixture plunging, general cleaning, debris removal, sanitizing, disinfecting, etc.) Required Qualifications: Good verbal communication skills * Able to understand and follow strict security procedures * Able to walk/stand for extended periods * Able to lift 25 lbs (trash bags, surplus material) * Able to bend over, kneel, squat as needed to clean areas * Able to operate cleaning equipment and machinery (brooms, mops, vacuums, floor scrubbers, etc) * Must be comfortable handling cleaning chemicals * Basic math skills Hourly, Non-Exempt Hourly Wage Please apply on our Job Site by clicking on link below or copying and pasting the link in your browser: Our company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
