Small, family owned roofing company looking for reliable and detail oriented individuals to be a part of our team.  No experience is necessary, but candidate must have willingness to learn our methods and practice our standards.  Our goal is always to deliver the highest quality of work to our clients, so attention to detail and professionalism is a must. We specialize in residential roofing, including: full tear-offs and new roof installation, re-sheathing, ventilation improvement, repairs, roof/gutter cleaning and maintenance.  We primarily use CertainTeed products and are also certified through them to be able to offer thier  extended warranty to homeowner's who are getting full roof replacements. Ideally, we are looking for people to join our team for the long term, so we offer the option to enroll in a retirement savings plan with employer contributions after short probationary period. Job Requirements and Responsibilities: Must be 18 and older Have reliable transportation Have good verbal communication skills Ability to work well with others and take direction Be reliable and have strong work ethic Ability to lift and carry heavy materials Ability to climb up and down ladders Ability to stand, bend, and kneel repeatedly Ability to work in extreme hot or cold weather conditions Properly and safely use tools and equipment Follow safety regulations As mentioned, no experience is necessary, we are willing to train the right person!  Compensation TBD.  Please call Ricardo at 503-758-6723 if you are interested in applying.
