Growing Property Maintenance Company looking for handyman/woman Requirements: -Be safety oriented -Have minimum 5 years of experience in handyman work or construction -Have your own transportation to job site or to our warehouse -Have own set of tools -Please be professional and always customer service oriented -Snow Plowing is available if interested as well (experience is a plus) -Ability to remain professional and customer service oriented even with difficult customers -Be able to write rough estimates for projects you will be working -Be able to communicate with office and give daily updates -Have smart phone and knowledge to be able to work phone apps -Experience running heavy equipment (not required but a plus) -Experience pulling trailers and large dump trailers (not required but a plus) -You will work with one of our Foreman prior to being on your own to confirm skill level and to make sure you present a professional work atmosphere. Type of work (Do not have to all of these but a plus): -Tiling -Carpentry -Drywall Installation/Repair -Painting -All types of flooring -Replacement door/window installation -Basic electrical/Plumbing -Siding -Decking We pay hourly based on experience and you will be paid out daily. Pay rate is between $25 and $35 an hr. Bonuses included. Payments are made Daily. Part or Full time available. Work van will be provided to full-time workers after 3 months.
