Young female cat for rehoming

My sister needs to rehome her cat, as she does not have the time to care for her. She is a small, long haired female cat, 11 months old. She is up to date on shots, fixed and litter trained. She is a typical, moody female cat. She is very sweet, but temperamental, so it is not recommended that she is placed with young children. She is an indoor cat, but occasionally likes to be outside. She doesn’t necessarily have the best indoor etiquette, so if anyone is looking for an outdoor or barn cat, she’d probably do great. $50 rehoming fee to cover a bit of the cost of her recent spay.
