Rebuilding Deck and Dock Handyman work

Rebuilding Deck Surface and replacing rotten wood. Also Handyman work (Scappoose) Compensation: $20 to $30 per hour paid by company check weekly ( please have own tools and transportation) I am looking to hire a handy-man to help rebuild my decking surface on my floating home, must have own tools and transportation ( to pick up materials and haul old crap away) I have siding that needs work and gutters that need new down-spouts and a floating dock that needs to be rebuilt. If you have experience please provide some references and what you would charge hourly to do this type of work. Could do piece work costing if this is better for you. Must be licensed and insured.
