10 Gallon fish tank with fish

We have a 10 gallon fish tank that we need to find a home for. This is a great tank, been running for about 4 months and the fish in it are doing very well. It will come with: 10 gallon tank (from petsmart) topfin 10-20 gallon filter w/ one extra cartridge sand, rocks, shells thermometer new life spectrum optimum flakes (will last for a long time) fish net breeding box (for guppies) The fish that will come with it are: five guppies (one male) six neon tetras two small angelfish (they will need a much bigger tank as they grow, they are only temporary in this tank and have been doing great) a few ghost shrimp 1 nerite snail Asking $100 dollars. Potentially willing to sell the fish separately for the right situation. Thanks!
