Merrimack Village Apartments has an immediate opening for a lead maintenance Supervisor. We are a fast-paced, 118-unit property, located in southwest Huntsville near Drake and the Redstone Arsenal. We offer hourly rates based on the experience that our technicians bring to the table. Target income is $18.00 - $25.00 per hour.. Our technicians will need to have… Experience in all construction aspects including framing, painting, drywall repair, kitchen and bath troubleshooting, electrical, HVAC and full apartment turns. A strong background in troubleshooting and repairing both electrical and plumbing issues A working knowledge of HVAC repairs / maintenance Finally, we are looking for a candidate that is very organized and can help other technicians keep up with their work loads, by having materials in stock for their upcoming projects.
