Help with small construction projects

HELP WANTED: Homeowner is looking for a RELIABLE college aged person to assist homeowner with various small construction and repair projects (carpentry, plumbing, electric, etc.). Compensation will around $15 per hour (IRS 1099 independent contractor status), paid daily, based upon skill level and reliability. Work hours can be flexible, and will involve 1-2 days, depending upon need. Sometimes there will be more than 2 eight hour days. Submit resume.
