-Maintain cleanliness of facility and grounds -Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability -Have a vehicle (May need to make supply runs to store) -Be responsible for day to day janitorial services and maintenance operations around the property -Vacuuming, Mopping and cleaning throughout the building -Cleaning Windows and doors within reach from ground level -Walking the grounds and ensuring property is trash and clutter free -Assisting with special projects as needed -Custodial responsibilities include cleaning restrooms - Must be able to work with limited supervision, read and complete work orders, complete daily logs, use a computer or phone to check emails and be able to respond promptly. -High School Diploma or equivalent -Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. -Setting up tables and chairs for events -Ability for basic repair work -Trouble shooting skills
