ACRE Windows & Doors, an Andersen Certified Contractor, is seeking part-time Event Marketing Representatives to generate FREE estimates with homeowners at festivals, fairs, flea markets, home shows, and more (including the Philadelphia Flower Show @ FDR Park!) in the towns around where you live. This is accomplished by engaging homeowners in conversation to find out their current issues/concerns with their windows. A majority of our shows occur on weekends but you determine how frequently you work. The ideal individual will be able to work at least 2 weekends per month. -No Experience Required. We provide COMPANY PAID TRAINING. -The ability to work outdoors in a safe environment and not in a cubicle. -Year-round work available. -Strong base pay PLUS bonuses! Note: -Interviews are being conducted via Zoom. -"Classroom" Training is being conducted via Zoom. Field training will be conducted outside with masks along with social distancing. -Most shows will be on weekends but weekday and weeknight availability a big plus during the Philadelphia Flower Show June 7th through June 11th. Typical shifts will be approximately 6 hours Qualifications: -Ability to build rapport with clients in a brief period of time. -Positive and professional demeanor. -Excellent verbal communication skills. -Ability to meet and exceed goals without direct oversight. Requirements: Must have reliable transportation to get to and around Philadelphia and the surrounding counties (Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, Chester and Central & South NJ). Safety Precautions: The health and safety of our team members and potential customers is extremely important.
