Description
Proven experience as a painter
- Must have basic painter’s tools- brushes, 5-way, etc.
- Must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times
- Knowledge of residential, commercial, interior-exterior, painting techniques
- Good knowledge of painting materials and how to mix and apply them properly.
- Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, rollers, caulking guns etc.)
- Make on-site preparations such as setting up ladders, applying drop cloths, and plastic as needed, taping off, etc.
- Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by pressure washing, scraping, sanding,etc.
