Must present a full resume showing past construction/remodeling experience. Looking for at least 4 or more immediate hires for construction/remodel work. Skilled Laborers Team Lead positions Different positions are available Pay will be based on skill level Sliding pay scale evaluated every 3 months the first year. Must have own transportation. Truck preferably, but other will do. Tools are a plus. Work References required. Will start immediately upon hire. Subject to background checks. Must have some previous construction, remodel experience. Must be self motivated, strong work ethic, willing to learn and improve in aspects of the job at hand. Must stay busy on the work site, asking questions, and willing to learn with other crew members. Must be willing/able to travel the tri cities including Kingsport, Bristol & Johnson City surrounding Tri-Cities areas. Reliable transportation is a must! Must be able to climb ladders (REQUIRED) Work on roofs and feel comfortable & be safe!This is a must! Must be motivated and reliable.
