Have a talent you want to showcase or need help promoting? Are you a craftsman who likes creating folding beds or secret doors? Are you part of a Shakespeare group? Do you like to perform or offer a service at public events? I am in the process of buying the Lebold Mansion and should be moving in sometime in June. As a professional SAG and Equity actor myself (plus producer, director, and published author), I have a lot of ideas for events, but I'm open to other suggestions. Let me know if you have any ideas. I also have plans to market the property widely, as well as the people who participate in producing the events or help in some way. If you want to learn, I'm an excellent communications, acting and singing coach, as well as a skilled swordsman with broadsword and rapier (epee) and teach stage combat. So far, I am considering murder mystery dinner theater, Addams Family dinners, Saturday High Teas, wine tastings, musical performances, karaoke nights, etc. Of course, I plan to begin conducting tours on a scheduled basis. I also plan to build a small theater downstairs with a stage and movies. The house has a huge yard that lends itself to outdoor events, such as Shakespeare in the Park and live bands. If you can portray an Addams Family character, even better. Need a place to teach, practice or play piano? There's a gorgeous piano I plan to restore. Are you a cook or baker who wants to show off your creative recipes or desserts? Let me know. So send a headshot and resume or send me your ideas. I have no idea at this point what will come of all this, but I can tell you it will be a LOT of fun! I'm also looking for a live-in maid or butler who would have fun dressing up and playing the role. I'm listing this as "no pay," but there may be some pay or compensation, depending on the role and the event. Some events will be simply for the community and won't be making any money. FYI: I'm also looking for creative carpenters, plumbers and craftsman who enjoy creating unique specialty items. Thanks for reading! Joseph
